Cadets in Group 223 by 15 percent.

Increase the number of Aerospace activities by three.

Senior program - Ensure involvement and provide interesting classes for
learning new ideas.

Emergency Services - increase the number of teams per squadron by one.
Cadets seemed very interested; we need to understand how to draw in more
senior members.

Breadth and depth learning CAP - focus on certain areas in CAP and broaden
our knowledge but also add depth in a few areas so we are able to function
efficiently and effectively.

Professionalism - keep emotions in check and take nothing personally. It
isn't about you; it's about the cadets, the community, New Jersey, and the
Nation.

Excellence - always do our best, it is the right thing.

Motivation - Stay positive. Explain how it can be done, and not why it can't
be done. Positive attitude is key, share it.

Participation - Do our best to participate in Group and Wing activities.
Increase our level of participation in Wing events by 2 per squadron. Include
all squadrons to participate in our Group activities. We learn together, we
perform better.
